Here is the latest plan showing the layout of our present phase, Benijofar Villas 3. You will also find an image taken by our drone from overhead, showing the house in reality and the beautiful gardens and space that are included with even the standard 400m2 plots. The initial 3D Renders were prepared for the first few clients who bought in Benijofar Villas, before we had a show house finished.
This is the plan of the properties on phase 3 of our development, but before we even started to build, we created some artist’s impressions and ideas that helped us develop our basic model. Of course, every client changes the basic model to suit themselves, from a small alteration to a complete redesign and at no additional cost, unless additional m2 are added. Here are a couple of how these original impressions looked..
Once the first house was finished on site, we sent our drone up over the house in order to produce an image which would tell the story of the house, showing the additional terrace areas this house gains over it’s competitors, both on ground level (thanks to the minimum of 400m2 plot) and of course, on the roof solarium (should you choose this option).
